Artist: Pan Wei Bo or Wilbur Pan About: So he was born in the United States, but he moved to Taiwan I believe when he was really young. He became one of Taiwan's biggest music artists. This MV is not really his best because his dancing is really limited and usually he is such an AMAZING dancer. I really liked the song though. :)
